You only need to gather 10 Ring of Promise Piece and assemble them to receive Ring of Promise.
They can be obtained by killing World Bosses, Silentera Leaders (Mini Boss), Vocolith, Agent Fight, Anoha, Ancient War Rewards and PvP Lugbug missions.
What can I do with Ring of Promise?
